Full disclosure, I'm not certain it is California that I should be thanking. I just naturally assumed the "ban all straws" nonsense was their brainchild. It sounds like a californian thing to do.

Either way, I would like to thank the look-at-me-Im-helping west-coaster who started the movement. Were it not for you, I'm sure Starbucks would still be serving their signature green tube delivering iced-down sanity from that signature recycled paper chalice and would have totally missed the boat on this little treasure.

That, my caffeinated cadre of readers, is what will here-to-for be known as the Starbucks Emotional Support Cup. If you are a mom, you know it is, in fact, an over-grown (and undoubtedly over-priced) single use sippie cup. And I am HERE FOR IT!!
