Hey mama, I see you. Hustling that home-based business while the kids nap or after bedtime. I see you taking extra hours at work which means missed dinners and baths. I see you budgeting every meal, cutting back on the "frivolous" stuff to save your pennies. Yea, I see you.

Hey mama, I hear you. Crying to yourself in the shower so the kids don't feel your stress. I hear you asking for just one more minute on the computer to finish that email. Losing your temper because there just aren't enough hours in the day, cups of coffee in the pot or hands in house to ease the workload. Yea, I hear you.

Hey mama, I feel you. I feel that heart break as you stare at your bank account. I feel the weight on your shoulders as your husband realizes he will go without a pay check for another week. I feel the exhaustion pulling your eyes closed even though there are still lunches to be prepped, papers to be signed and laundry to be folded. Yea, I feel you.

Hey mama, I support you. I may not be able to buy your candles, your leggings, your makeup or your oils but I will happily share your posts. I may not be able to host your party because I'm also working crazy hours trying to support my husband, but I will sit at my computer working AND praying for you quietly. I may not be able to join your "team" but please know I'm always on your side. Yea, I absolutely support you.

Hey mama, you've got this #thistooshallpass. I know it feels like the world is on your shoulders, because YOUR whole world is relying on you. But you can do this. My (ultra wise) mother says, "God knows that He gave women an incredibly deep reservoir of strength. This stuff is hard and it demands so much energy but, sweet girl, you can handle this. Your family needs you. You get to be the hero today." And today, Mama, I want to say the same to you. #momsaresuperheroes
